Arteriosclerosis is the chronic condition characterized by hardening and thickening with loss of elasticity at walls of arteries.
Commonly affected blood vessels (Target organ damage)
Abdominal aorta.
Coronary arteries.
Renal arteries.Cerebral arteries.
Popliteal arteries.
Carotid arteries.Mortality rate in coronary artery disease is now about 20 %. It was about 30% in 1970. Main predisposing factors are chronic vasculitis, atherosclerosis plaque, endothelial cell proliferations and vascular fibrosis. Commonest causes of clot formation are increased count of platelets, vasculitis, vascular paralysis and atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation is a common clinical condition now due to infiltration of impurities near the vena cava or at the pulmonary veins. Formation of clot in left atria is also due to mitral stenosis or irregular atrial muscle contraction. Stagnation of blood and clot can facilitate stroke, coronary obstruction, or other organ failure. Other causes for vasculitis are deposits of amyloid, fat or uric acid. Amyloid is an insoluble abnormal protein formed due to autoimmune disorder.

Symptoms
Common symptoms appear after age 40 are fatigue, leg weakness, ache, organ failure, giddiness, claudication, sex weakness, blurred vision, angina, paralysis, diabetes, fibromyalgia etc.
Prophylactic measures
Avoid modifiable risk factors.
Avoid dehydration.
Identify and avoid risk factors.
Avoid excess of animal fat, saturated fat, trans fat, red meat, potassium from animal sources, excess of iron from animal source, mustard, coffee, sucrose, diet items rich in uric acid, fried items, egg yolk, Junk food, apple (fluoride) and banana (potassium).
Avoid testosterone promoting factors, tobacco, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid atrophy, malnutrition, negative personality, negative emotion like fear, anger; stress, renal cirrhosis, liver cirrhosis, skin sclerosis.
Avoid alcohol, excessive radiation, excess of sun heat, lead contamination, heavy metals, air pollutants, carbon pollution etc.
Avoid food items contaminated with pesticide containing barium, Mn, P.
Avoid chloride (Bleaching and secondary
action).
Avoid refined carbohydrates (TGL).
Avoid psychological stress (Control special senses).
Control unnecessary thoughts.
Avoid consumption of Thiocyanate rich items (Cassava, Cabbage, Sorghum, Corns, Beans, Almonds, Apricot, Bamboo shoot, Sweet potato).
Avoid raw fish.
Avoid tobacco.
Avoid Fero Cyanide rich table salt.
Favorable factors
Take diet modification according to age, season, and disease.
Prefer garlic, rice water, egg white, sugar cane juice.
Prefer cereals, wheat, ginger
.
Prefer whey.
Prefer fish to chicken.
Prefer fish to chicken.
Prefer chicken to meat.
Include mild pungent and bitter items in the diet.
Take blue grapes.
Drink the water charged with colloidal herbal gold (Alfalfa, blue fruits, Eucalyptus).
Juice fasting once a week.
Weight reduction.
Massage skin and muscles to cardiac direction twice in week.
Practice some physical activities to maintain the low respiratory and cardiac rate (Total heart rate 300 crores).
Practice CO2 expelling and breath holding, empty feeling exercise 100 times daily.
Practice stretching exercises.
Prefer Cherry, Blueberry, Grapes, Apple, Peach (micro Cyanide).
Prefer Cherry, Blueberry, Grapes, Apple, Peach (micro Cyanide).
Elimination and detoxification.
Cure is primarily the process of elimination of macro waste as well as micro wastes from body. Similar medicines in micro doses are required for elimination micro waste. Chelation of minerals (Silica, Iron, Lead, Aluminium, Carbon, Copper, Mercury, Arsenic, Sulphur, Phosphorus, and Aurum) is essential before the micro elimination. Magnesium, Coriander, fennel are natural chelators.
Arteriosclerosis prevention
Apply Oil christi (Externally on abdominal skin).
