Constituents

Perennial plant. Height 60 cm. Root contains tannic acid, gallic acid, and red coloring matter.

 

Therapeutics

This is medicine in mouth ulcer and pharyngitis.

It is medicine in cholera, diarrhoea, gastric ulcer, and haemorrhoids.

It is medicine externally in skin ulcer, and bleeding from wound.

It is medicine in chronic haemoptysis.

It is remedy in migraine from constipation.

It is remedy in renal stone and polyuria.

It is remedy in intestinal tumour.

It is remedy in night sweat.

Dose

3 to 15 drops.
