Constituents

Perennial plant. Height 75 cm. Rhizome contains astringent principle, anthraquinone, malic acid, citric acid, and oxalate.

Therapeutics

This is an old medicine for constipation. 

It is remedy for abdominal discomfort with loss of taste or sour taste.

It is remedy for sour smelling diarrhoea during dentition.

It is remedy for red and offensive urine, and renal calculus.

Dose

2 to 8 drops.

Dilution.
