Constituents

Tree. Height 4 to 40 meters. Leaves have pineapple like smell. Leaves contain resin, monoterpenes, phytoestrogen, thujin, thujone, limonene, pinene, myrcene, fenchone, ketone, aromatic and irritating volatile oil, camphor, and vitamin C. Astringent and bitter.
